The following is the second report from the 42 men we trained in June of 2008. Remember, these men are from the 14 remaining
unreached districts where the two unreached tr!bal groups we are
working with live. All of the reports you have seen so far are from 8
districts. We are now hoping to see what is happening in the 8
districts jump to the remaining 14 districts. When this happens, we
will be able to take the two people groups out of the unreached
category! Praise the Lord that this is happening.

District 9
67 people trained in 8 villages. A trainer
and other team members prayer walked around an unreached village for 3 days,
praying about demonic pressure. Then on the 4th day, one trainer and one
volunteer entered the village. The two men, after hearing some villagers
talking about strange occurrences in the village, told them about their faith in
Jesus and about the power Jesus had to heal the body as well as the spirit. After
two days of ministry, 179 people accepted the Lord. More than 210 are on their
way to accept the faith as they gather in groups as seekers. 9 Fellowships have
been started in November.
District 10
71 people trained in 8 villages. A
volunteer was a hidden believer in his family. One night he laid hands over his
mother while she was dying from an asthma attack and commanded the coughing to
subside and the disease to leave in the name of the Lord. In 3 minutes, everything
returned to normal. That night the whole family of 8 people accepted the Lord.
The number of disciples in this District has grown to 211 in 7 months. 6 House
groups formed, and 4 Churches started in November.
District
11
78 people trained in 6 villages. The
demand for training in this district is on a waiting list. The son of a village
farmer accepted the faith two months ago. His father, a fundamentalist who
hated Christians, encountered God one night, and the son explained how to become
a believer. The next morning, the father boldly declared his faith before the
village council and got baptized openly with his wife, two sons, and their
wives. 200 people under the father’s influence have started to attend house
groups as seekers. Even in the face of opposition, the father is happy with his
new life. 9 House groups formed, and 3 Churches started in November.
District
12
80 people trained in 8 villages. A
female villager was healed of a muscular disease. Now she is able to do things
by herself. More healings and deliverance resulted in the village, and people
came to the Lord. Also, a sick, bed-ridden man who almost died seems to be
doing well now, attending fellowship and praising the Lord. 6 House groups
formed, and 4 Churches started in November.
District
13
62 people trained in 5 villages. On the
third day of training, the team helped and prayed for a woman (and her child),
who had been a widow for two years and suffered from tuberculosis. The
trainings have not just been a teaching time for the believers but they have
also been opportunities for acts of mercy, where the believers are uniting to
share what they have with the people in need. 11 House groups formed, and 4
Churches started in November.
District
14
71 people trained in 6 villages. A
village is known for its old temple to its deity Kali the evil destroyer.
Thousands of devotees visit this temple to worship the goddess and pray for
protection. After prayer walking the area, the team began cautiously engaging in
conversations with the people the team came in contact with. Soon the team met
several sick men and women, beggars, and lepers who were seeking help and
deliverance from the goddess. One morning, a wealthy landlord’s son had a
conversation with one of the team members and asked if the volunteer could pray
for his sick father to be healed. They found the father in the temple sitting
and chatting with the gurus. When the son shared about what the volunteer did,
the gurus got offended and mocked God. However the volunteer prayed that God
would show Himself alive, and then the moment the volunteer touched the sick
man’s leg the crooked leg straightened out and became normal. Within minutes,
there was a line for prayer in that temple. The team was praying for people
when the temple gurus beat them up and threw them out of the temple. The team
stayed there for the next few days, prayed for hundreds of people, baptized
many, and started 2 House groups. The stronghold in that area is broken. 9
House groups formed, and 7 Churches started in November.
District
15
83 people trained in 7 villages. A
grocery shop owner got healed of being deaf. When 19 people from the same
family accepted the Lord and got baptized in one day, the village council
declared that the family was not allowed any food or any water from the village
well. They had food and grew their own vegetables, but not having water was a
big issue. So the believers and the volunteers helped the family to dig their
own well. 7 House groups formed, and 7 Churches started in November.
District
16
58 people trained in 5 villages. Please
pray that more lives could be touched and impacted in this district so that
more disciples could be mobilized in the field. During training, the team
prayed for a 13 year old boy who had been demon possessed for two and a half
years. There was no immediate healing, but later the team learned there was a
witch doctor that had power over demons and sent these spirits to curse people.
So the team split up into pairs; and while one pair was praying against the
evil outside the witch doctor’s house, another pair was praying for the boy at
his home; and the boy was healed. The family of 13 was saved and baptized that
week. 11 House groups formed, and 5 Churches started in November.
District
17
72 people trained in 4 villages. During
five days of training, 178 people came to know to the Lord because of the trainees’
excitement for sharing their faith. Even before the training was over, 6 House
groups had started, and 177 people out of 178 were baptized. One of the
volunteers saw a farmer who had collapsed in his field after being bitten by a
snake. The volunteer prayed for his
healing and carried him to the hospital which was an hour and a half away from
the village. The farmer’s life was saved, and later he accepted the Lord. Now
the farmer is working hard to learn the Word and to be a disciple of Jesus
Christ. 19 House groups formed, and 7 Churches started in November.
District
18
82 people trained in 9 villages. This
district is very anti-Christian. Please pray. In one village, when a volunteer
and a trainer were asking the village head for permission to have training, the
village head was healed of blindness. Because of this miraculous healing, the
team was allowed to have trainings not only in this village but also in 4 other
villages where this village head had influence. The healed village head
accepted Christ with his entire family of 9 when the good news was shared with
them. 4 house groups formed, and 4
Churches started in November.
District
19
86 people trained in 6 villages. During
the third day of training in a village, a widow, who has been a paralytic for
several years on the right side of her body, jumped to her feet and was
instantly healed. This news spread like wildfire, and many people came to see
the healed women, having known her all their life. Following this, 100 people
wanted the same healing God in their lives. 13 House groups formed, and 5
Churches started in November.
District
20
42 people trained in 6 villages. This
district is also very anti-Christian. A farmer who gave his life to Christ in
October was witnessing in a neighboring village, where he was attacked and
beaten by a group of fundamentalists and had to be hospitalized for two days. Also,
a deaf man got healed instantly, which resulted in the family of 6 people
accepting the Lord and many seekers got to the House groups seeking the one
true God. 6 House groups formed, and 3 Churches started in November.
District
21
78 people trained in 8 villages. In a
village of 4000 people, God allowed a very curious fundamentalist farmer to see
angels guarding God’s people during training. News spread quickly, and fear
spread among the villagers. Many came to reconcile with the believers in the
village, and many have joined the house churches as seekers. 6 House groups
formed, and 5 Churches started in November.
District
22
69 people trained in 6 villages. A woman
was healed of asthma which she was suffering from for few months. During
training, one of the participants brought news that 4 people—three women and
one boy—from a family of 10 had been possessed by demons and were uncontrollable. The volunteers went to their home and for 3
hours commanded the demons to leave. Finally they were delivered. Hundreds of
people in the village waited outside the home to find out what was happening,
and the deliverance created waves of joy and victory among the villagers. Following
this, lives were impacted and changed; and the Church grew by hundreds. 11
House groups formed, and 8 Churches started in November.
Every Nation is providing monthly
